Group Exercise Studio

Our group exercise studio is equipped with a projection screen for cycle “journeys”, dimmable lights to enhance your yoga experience and loads of equipment to pump up your cardio and weight classes. Get moving with the best instructors in the business.

The Cardio Clinic

This room with a view has a rowing machine, spin bikes, treadmills, and other top-of-the-line equipment. Get your heart pumping or cool down after training. Here you can work on your own, at your own pace.
